Mistakes happen! All we ask is you fill out the contact form as soon as possible and let us what you need changed. We don't mess around when it comes to getting orders out the door, so be quick.
As a rule of thumb, we pack and dispatch orders either on the same or next day of purchase (business days only - excluding public holidays). While this happens 98% of the time, on our busy days (such as new releases and Black Friday) small delays may occur - nothing too bad though.
This is a tricky one.. it depends on where you are and what shipping method you choose at checkout. If you need your order quickly, we recommend selecting Express Shipping when checking out. Please note that the timeframes provided at checkout are estimates provided in business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS - which will have your tracking details inside. If you can't find your shipping confirmation email, have a dig around in your spam or promotions folder - sometimes they end up in there.

We've tried to keep shipping as cheap as possible for you, without skimping on service. Head over to our shipping page to find out our shipping costs and delivery times for both domestic and international orders.
We ship to most of the world. If we don't ship to your country, feel free to contact us and we can try to work out something for you.

There is the possibility you will have to pay duties and taxes if you are a customer outside of Australia (Note: it is extremely rare that customers from the US or NZ incur any duties/taxes).
All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you are looking for direct information regarding duties and taxes for your country, we recommend contacting the relevant authority for your country.

We currently accept payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Zip and Afterpay. Three forms of accelerated checkout are also available, these include Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
