EXCHANGES & RETURNS

OVERVIEW

We know things don't always go to plan when shopping online, so we have a leniant policy to back this up. We are happy to arrange an exchange or refund/store credit for almost all purchases - unless stated otherwise during your purchasing process.

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you wish to begin the exchange/return process, carefully read below, before heading over to our contact page to lodge an enquiry via the contact form.

To be eligible for an exchange/return, you must meet and adhere to the following criteria:

  • The request must be lodged within 45 days of your purchase date.
  • The product(s) must be in original condition with tags still attached to the garment(s).
  • The applicable form must be completed and enclosed in the package that is shipped to us.
  • Shipment of the product(s) back to our address will be the responsibility and at cost to the customer. We recommend using a parcel service with tracking, as we take no responsibility if the returned product(s) is lost in transit back to us.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
We will inspect the product(s) upon arrival to approve or decline your exchange/return request. Please allow up to 5 business days from arrival at our PO Box for your request to be processed.

  • If your request is approved, our team will process the request. In the case of an exchange, the postage back to the customer is free of charge. Please note: if we are unable to fulfil your exchange request, we will contact you to arrange either a refund/store credit or another exchange option (if applicable).
  • If your request is declined, the product(s) will be shipped back to the customer (free of charge).

DISCLAIMERS
1. Please note that we are unable to reserve stock for exchanges.
2. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged, such as undergarments and Mystery Boxes.
3. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for gift cards.
