Delays During COVID-19
Due to COVID-19, a few of our services are experiencing delays. Please see information regarding delays below.
Currently, our Australian customers aren't experiencing widespread delays on their packages. However, we have found that the further your shipping location is from Newcastle in NSW (where we dispatch from), the more likely it is your package will be delayed (by anywhere up to 5-10 business days). For example, WA customers are more like to experience delays on their order than a customer from NSW.
Currently all international packages are experiencing delays - due to the lower number of planes in the air at the moment, as well as other restrictions that have been implemented due to COVID-19. To find out more about the delays for your country, visit this page to find out more.
