EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to our Australian warehouse (unless the product is deemed faulty). Once we have received your returned goods or evidence that the goods have been shipped back to us, we'll process your refund. As we're based in Australia, international return shipping costs may vary depending on your location and chosen carrier.

EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:
