What's the cost?
Australia: FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $120. Otherwise, Standard Shipping is $7.50 and Express Shipping is $10 for orders under $120.
Rest of World: FREE Express Shipping on all orders over $200. Please see our Shipping page for the rates for orders under $200.
Order tracking
Tracking is available on each and every order. Your tracking number will be emailed/SMS'd to you once your order has been fulfilled here in Newcastle, Australia.
We aim for same/next day dispatch on all orders*.
Planet friendly shipping
All orders are shipped in home compostable satchels - even our thank you cards are made from recycled materials.
We also offset the carbon exhausted from shipping our goods to you, by investing in a range of initiatives across the globe.

Out of stock.. when is it coming back?
We understand it's frustrating when you find a product you love, only to find it is out of stock.
Don't sweat though, we do restock a bunch of our products. Follow us on our socials to stay in the loop with releases and restocks.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do. Currently, we're shipping to most of the world.
While we have tried to cover most the globe, if we don't ship to your country, contact us and we can try to work something out for you.
